Webinar
This session will present an easy to adapt framework for people working within health and care systems seeking to adopt and embed a service innovation or transformation. It is applicable to projects of all sizes across multiple locations. It is based on learning from a national programme implemented at pace and scale across England from 2020-23 through Academic Health Science Networks (now Health Innovation Networks).
The learning comes from the Focus ADHD programme to improve how attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is diagnosed in children and young people, but with valuable and transferable insights to inform practical implementation of any innovative or transformative programme within the NHS and wider health and care systems.
The session will describe the enablers that were leveraged, the barriers overcome and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
