St Anne’s College, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6HS
The Oxford Genomic Medicine Centre has teamed up with SWAN UK (syndromes without a name), Oxford AHSN, and the Centre for Personalised Medicine to host an information day for families with children with undiagnosed genetic conditions.
If you are the parent of a child with global developmental delay, or learning or physical difficulties that are unexplained, this event will provide information about new advances in genetic testing and an opportunity to meet other local families with similar experiences.
You’ll find out about why some genetic conditions are so hard to diagnose, how genetic testing works, and what national projects like the 100,000 Genomes Project and DDD are doing to help.
This event is free and refreshments will be provided, but spaces are limited and booking is essential. Email info@unidiagnosed.org.uk or call 020 7831 0883 to reserve a place.
