Ania joined the Patient Safety team in October 2024. She has a background in clinical and organisational psychology, research and quality improvement. She is an International Coaching Federation-accredited coach and project manager. Ania has held various front-facing and leadership roles within the NHS and third sector. She is particularly interested in co-design, culture and behaviour change.
