Siân leads the Community Involvement and Workforce Innovation theme. Siân and her team work across the region helping to ensure that patients and the public are involved from needs analysis to design, delivery and evaluation of health and care services. The team also works on assessment of need, scoping for innovations and real world evaluation for workforce innovation. Current work has a focus on the health and wellbeing of NHS staff.
Siân has a background in public health medicine with over a decade of policy experience at the Department of Health and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). She has also been a trust board director and public health advisor to health and care commissioners at local and national level. She is an Associate Fellow at Green Templeton College, University of Oxford.
