The Oxford, Wessex and Kent Surrey Sussex Academic Health Science Networks are working with NHS England to deliver a regionally-led whole system frailty event. The aim is to support a problem-solving approach to improving the health and wellbeing of older people living with frailty in line with the challenges of an ageing population. The event will address frailty by building connectivity to local teams and start developing networks to support Sustainability and Transformation Partnership frailty leads in improving quality of life for people with frailty.
