To assist users in the use of the new High Volume Prednisolone Respiratory comparators NHS BSA ran a series of webinars giving a full introduction to the new dashboard comparator and updated functionality. Identifying uncontrolled asthma in primary care
Collaboration between the NHS Accelerated Access Collaborative, AstraZeneca and the Oxford AHSN has resulted in the development of SPECTRA, a suite of clinical audit tools to support the identification of uncontrolled asthma patients in primary care. Respiratory medicine and the importance of the pharmacy service
British people with lung disease have some of the worst clinical outcomes in Europe. The inclusion of respiratory medicine in the NHS Long Term Plan, and its particular reference to the need for pharmacy to help, is our call to action. An NHS Specialist Pharmacy Service webinar focused on understanding developments in airways disease and the role of pharmacy in facilitating best care.
